The fork pitch angle is too close to the frame…looks odd but otherwise awesome job!!!

Good job ! Don't let the hater comments distract you.. They probably don't know the difference between a nut and bolt..

Beautiful idea and job .one little advice :you should make front fork at small angle so the wheel would be at slight angle and wheel would be away from engine/rest of bike

That's the most relaxed (boring) ride I've seen for sometime, and the goofy foot-down turn was odd. Put some rake on that front fork to get a leaning wheel.

You have some good ideas but you need to tweak some things for this to last and perform properly. Those heavy tires are going to strain the centrifugal clutch and it will probably burn out prematurely. Your rear drive sprocket is not properly centered on the shaft and has some up and down wobble. It's not that big of a problem if your speeds are less than 10 or 12 mph, (15 to 20 kph). Also that makes the likelihood of the chain coming off or catching your clothing. A chain guard would be a good idea. Your front forks should be raked forward for better steering and ride. I had to quickly scan through your video because I have somewhere to go and I don't remember seeing any brakes? Hope I'm wrong and good luck with your machine.

Maybe try a bigger sprocket on the rear wheel, or some kind of gear reducing jackshaft.

Cool machine! As others have said rake the front wheel forward for a more stable ride especially at any speed

Oh my gosh, if I had the money and the focus to build this, I want to modify the design slightly and 3d print a shell to make this a light cycle from TRON. But that'll never happen... unless someone wants to take my idea and run wild with it :) (pls someone, DO!)
Edit: shoot I got so caught up in the idea I forgot to acknowledge the work KST put into this! Sorry man, and nice job when I first saw the animated thumbnail I was impressed with how you fabricated the curve leading to the front steering assembly.

Those two round piece of metal that you had cut and then you added another piece that has sharp points with a chain goes on to the other round piece was not cut perfectly circle when you were spinning it you can tell not sure if you saw it

Not much people will show custom making hubs and flanges. This is cool. Haters will hate but you made action over talk.

I like your build sir I'm really impressed, but why did you weld the sprocket on the rear wheel at least you've used a sprocket holder for easy removing of the sprocket when it wears out

You need to put a shock absorber to both front and back wheel in order to bounce the body properly and the steering must not be fixed and above all the rear bearings must not be fixed to the housing for future change in case of distroyed parts.
