Suspension travel successfully eliminated...
:-D

The point here is not to make the final outcome functional and better. This is followed because it is unusual, well filmed and fun to watch. Most of these projects, once they are finished, go to waste or recycling anyway. :)

1 pothole and the fork will compress, the front wheel with lock up and you will go flying

It's always good to realize an idea
If you jump, the rear chain will probably jump too and the chain guard at the front protects you from the chain, but not from the heat from the exhaust

18:11 The back pully mount is digging into the tire. That's also why you rode so slow. Any faster and the bumps in the ground would wreck you.

Those pull starts and UTTER JUNK! My son has the same bike and I've replaced his 3 times but I've upgraded him to a KTM now! No issues!!!

i think the chain protection need to be much wider to cove 100% of the chain to be safe so no cloth gets stuck and pull the driver

Dude…I’m at a loss for words. From a guy who builds, invents and creates things I tip my hat to you sir. Making something like this work dependably is no easy task. Well done.

Cool upgrade, a bit more fun. Only problem i see is the front fork/suspension, it has only 1-2cm travel before the wheel hits the motormount. On a dirtbike the front suspension has a lot of travel, so you should probably take a look at that. Interesting channel.

Thank you friend for sharing your vlog about adapting the 200cc engine to a 50cc minibike. I am concerned about the chain guard. Great job.👍👍

A little late watching this vid. Nice build but totally disregard the suspension travel front and rear. 😂

Gonna need a spring loaded chain tensioner on the back sprocket chain when the shocks are compressed

To improve more, level your carburetor. The way it sounds, it is flooding out some, or starving for gas. Also be sure your getting adequate oil flow. Your engine isn't level again, this may not allow the oil to be high enough to get splashes inside the crank case.
Great build
