I have a question, some times I crave eating bread from bakery, but there is no information about how much calories in it, is there a way to calculate how many calories in bread depending on it's weight ?

I’m not sure about that BWx10 in pounds approach. I’m 6 foot and 130lb, which would mean 1300 calories, but all calculators online give me 1560...

I got about 1800 calories for my BMR which seems quite low.

Rip, forgot to add in my activity level then it shot up to 2800 lol.

Still don't get u can use what like 25g of protein powder and 500ml of water for cereal milk, I use 35g protein powder n 350ml almond milk, semi skimmed or skimmed depending what I feel. Tastes so good I couldn't imagine the same using water haha
