Hey, If you don’t mind. Whenever u have time. Could you please make sure short demonstrating some movements that I’m trying to work on. These include the
1. Barb Muscle Up
2. Toes To Bar
3. Overhead Squat Snatch
4. Butterfly Pull-ups
5. double Unders
Like they can be in separate videos, but would highly appreciate it. I really enjoy your videos btw. Love the explanations it helps a lot for me to train and as well in training or guiding others 🙏👍✨👌 @EduFitExplorer
