I probably would have out the gravy on the bottom of the plate and set the biscuit on top so that they can soak up that gravy. This looks sooo delicious

Just made this for a midweek meal and the family was very pleased with it. Love this channel. I subbed in some serranos and jalapenos instead of bell peppers, added grated carrots, shallots, and celery into the sausage mix to cook the moisture out.
