FYI Ancestry NO longer provides the little box with the prepaid return label on it. You need to print the return label yourself after you activate your kit.

this is weird, i bought the dna and traits kit so i assume thats why its different but there was no return shipping box included in the package, mine also had a ziplock bag instead of a sticky seal tab bag

Mine didnt come with a silver collection bag but i have a plastic one with a biohazard and white cloth in it so ig thats what i put it in

Super frustrated! This will be my 3rd time submitting a sample due to sample error. 😡 The only thing I didn’t not do is shake the vial for 5 seconds. If I get a notification error this time around, I’m done with Ancestry!

Thank you for this, how long does it take for the blue solution to go down? I have tightened the cap but the blue solution is staying up. Not sure what I am supposed to do. It cannot be any tighter than it is.

I got my kit today. Collection bag and prepaid mailing box are missing. Live in Sweden. The parcel was sent by Deutsche Post. The robots at Ancestry's site don't understand when I describe the problem to them. Weird!

What if my shipping box is blank and there is no adress on it... When I sent it for the first time it had adress and all on it but there was a sample error so I need to do it again but this time, the box is copletelly blank and I don't know what to do... Any advices appriciated 🙏
