I had all generations of the ipad mini and for me its the best size for gaming, reading ebooks, and note taking in general in replacement of a notebook.

The Mini is perfect for pilots as Apple demonstrated with the spectacular ForeFlight program. I use on my 11 inch, but, the Mini is perfect as a pilot’s kneepad.

The mini for me is a perfect commuter tablet and I also like using it hanging in the backyard. Larger iPad for me is just to bulky and I probably wouldn’t find so many uses for it.

Check out how big the bezels are? I'm liking the all screen display but those bezels. Agreed they look bigger because of the screen size of the actual iPad but it looks like the first version iPad. Seriously need to work on minimising the bezel size.

I’m a long time mini user. Versions 1, 2, & 5. I assumed the 5 was the last version because Apple had only maked minimal upgrades. I’m pleasantly surprised by the new mini almost making the jump into the modern, post LTE era! Apple got so many upgrades right in this LONG overdue makeover! But the two misses are baffling. (1) Not including the full 5G spectrum is odd. (2) The camera upgrade is appreciated, but really, it was the LEAST they could get away with. They should have included a dual camera! I’ll likely buy this model because of things Apple got right, But it could have been much better with two off the Apple shelf items being included!
