I’m a bit confused, because I have the braided double 8-end pcie cable from the graphics card but those two ends don’t match (obviously) with the 12-end pcie cable sticking out of the case. Should I not use the braided pcie cable that came with the card?

I just got a new custom build from you guys, installed the gpu plugged in the power cable 12pin coming from the power supplier so without the extension to gpu(no clic sound) and everything turns on but gives me no signal on monitor, used different cables nothing..im lost.

When i turn on my pc the fans and everything turns on but nothing lights up and it doesnt connect to hdmi. A few days ago it was bluescreening but i got the pc a week ago and now it doesnt work

i am trying to install a new gpu on this same kind of case but i need the extra pce or power cable thats tucked under the pc in the extra wire store space, how would i go about getting this out to connect to the new gpu cause i need all 3 connectors instead of just the 2 that are currently connected
