I watched this video to see how you set up the grill for low & slow smoking, not a recipe for ribs. You need to show us in detail how to set up the grill for different types of cooking.

In the videos for different cooking, this one, the chicken one, etc. you don’t talk about what temperature to bring the smoker/grill up to when cooking? You just mentioned (at least for the chicken) the mneat’s internal temperature. What are the temps for smoking: chicken, beef, pork? Thanks

It would have been nice to see exactly how you set up the grill. Did you use deflectors on both sides? Did you put coals on both sides? How much coals did you use? What technique did you use to get the temperature up to 225?

Also, the pacing of the video is like watching a used car salesman. Way too rushed. Slow it down and explain details -- like how Derald Schultz showed and explained everything he was doing in his videos.

All this is is a rib recipe. I wanted to know how to setup my brand new primo for cooking ribs at a low temp for a long time. 👎🏻

You didn't mention the temp.  Low and slow covers a lot of area...

I used my 773 for the first time yesterday OMYGOODNESS ribs were Delicious and my Brisket for the First Time cook was so mouth watering AWESOME cooker
