Citrus brined turkey, smoked 6 hours on the Primo.
Notes:
when adding cold food to primo I said wait 5-10 minutes to adjust temp, it will be more like 20 for the temp to regulate, especially with larger food items.

Covered after 4 hours
Also after breast reached 165, temp probe was moved to the thigh to monitor temp to at least 170, it was 173 and was done.
Recipe from primo grill channel(citrus brined turkey)
Brine: 4 cups OJ, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup honey, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups kosher salt, 2 TBSP pickling spice, 1/4 cup Italian parsley, 2 sprigs Rosemary, 4 cloves crushed garlic, 3 fresh sage leaves, 7 in strip each lime, lemon, orange rind, 1 gallon water-----extra items I modified with- cranberries, extra sage, lime juice(1/8 cup), 2 tsp thyme
Bring to boil and then shut off and steep 45 min, add about 1 gallon ice, let melt and make sure its cold, then place turkey in for 12-24 hours.
Compound butter: 1 1/2 cups butter, 3 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary, 1 TBSP each orange, lime, lemon zest, salt and pepper- wrap in Saran Wrap and place in fridge
Stuffed cavities with lemon lime and orange as well as 1/2 onion

Btw- my wife told me I didn't sound excited at then end- she's right! I was trying to play it cool, y'all this turkey was awesome, juicy all the way through, unreal how moist and tender this turkey was! If you've never brined a turkey, try it! I won't be doing it any other way again! And the primo helped keep that moisture in the bird! Thanks for watching

where did you buy your grate remover tool? If you can find a link, would appreciate it. Good video. Did a Sam the Cooking Guy brine (salt overnight), followed his foil instructions, using apple/pecan (SO doesn't like a smoky flavor). Grilling today.

Just watch the primo video. At least you can hear the instructions.

Great video! My one critic would be not to use lighter fluid to light the fire.
