I have the oval XL, I have read the knowledge base on adjusting the lid to the lower base as well as replacing the gasket. However, I still cannot get stiff resistance on the front right side of grill during the dollar bill test. The dollar doesn't move from side to side, but it pulls out relatively easily compared to the other sides. How can I fix this or will it even affect me holding temperature well because a representative from an affiliate primo site stated that the dollar bill test doesn't mean anything.

My gaskets are constantly getting pulled off on the backside of both the base and lid. This destroys the gasket. It worked fine for several years, but now for the last year or two i have gone through countless gaskets. It is like the lid is coming down and using friction to rub/pull the two gaskets against eachother. It only happens in the 10:30 to 1:30 range (like a clock). This video doesn't directly address my issues. Can you help?

Also, you mention flashbacks. Had my first one the other day. Burnt my hair, yikes. I knew better and I have been using this primo for 6 years.

I've been getting my temp up to clean the grill on my XL. But this isnt working. I still have dried meat on it like a regular bbq. How do I best get these clean?

I have the Junior and the XL. Very happy with it, but the lid of the Junior doesn't fit well on the lower part. What to adjust to correct it? I miss it in this video.
