I don't think this devalues your point in the slightest but the Jon Stewart joke about her baby was actually a sarcastic compliment, he was saying she's beautiful so her having an attractive baby is the least surprising thing, but he flips it around and says the reverse cause of how ridiculous Victoria having a cyclops baby would be. So that one in particular isn't actually at anyone's expense, it just has that tone for the sake of subversion - that's just my 2 cents. :)
