Hodgepodge dad, Hi from across the ditch in New Zealand. I had my gallbladder removed via keyhole surgery back in early 2004, just letting you know they full you with a gas, to move your organs to get to your gallbladder, the gas leaves your body via your right shoulder it's very uncomfortable feeling. I'm guessing you still have that done these days. Though might be different in Aussie. My gallbladder I only had 6% working the rest was dead. Took them 7 years to work out my pain and discomfort was my gallbladder. So all the bet for your operation. You will be fine. New subscriber to your channel.

Andrew don’t you worry my mum had cholecystectomy which is what I think is what you are having. She had a quick recovery and the cuts are one just below her belly button two at her sides and one below her ribs! Hope you’re having fun x
