The context of this scene is so much more impactful then people realize. This scene comes after Peter has reached his lowest point in the film and possibly the entire trilogy. But despite all the pain he has dealt to the people in his life he still picks himself up and puts on the suit again to fight for the person he cares about most and make things right while knowing good and well he is going against insurmountable odds. This scene is about him rediscovering why he wore the suit to begin with and circling back to his roots of living up to Uncle Ben's principles of responsibility. Which is why we hear his iconic heroic theme play again. Don't care what people say I love this film.
