This is one of the best YouTube channels that ever existed. I wish more people watch your videos, because I sincerely think they are important.

Emptiness=empty canvas. What you choose to paint on the canvas of your life, is all up to you.

Such a pity that we don't study this deeply in school...

I live in Brazil and this whole Corona crisis made me think and suffer, I'm finding relief on the oriental cultures and philosophies. Looking forward to live some experience like that.

Keep up with the good videos! Peace!

Very wonderful video!! Though we do say "Yang Sheng 生" in Chinese, meaning nurturing the physical state, nurturing the spirit "Yang Shen 神" is more about our mental state.

Hi George, my Buddhist name is Daishi and I’ve practised Zen meditation and mindfulness including Chan Buddhism and the Tao.. this video was very helpful in an unprecedented time for us. My wife works as a Covid ICU nurse and I work as a carer.

I’ve experienced people’s lack of mindfulness, the dangers of this and the anxiety that can come in a time like this one.

I want to thank you for your effort and the direct experience through a well put together mini documentary.

Keep up the good work as you’re making a difference, that’s my experience from watching your video.

Best wishes 🙏 ⭐️

Great points. Nasseim Harriman has started to make some amazing discoveires about the dark matter and energy, which is what they call it in main stream science. He puts it like this. It is a field that is constantly spinning and everything is % space that appears to be solid matter because of the spin. If you think of the field as a coffee cup and that is the field that we cannot see. When you put the cream into the coffee after stiring it, you begin to see a spinning pattern from the cream. This pattern follows the fibernacci sequence and looks rather like a galaxy and the way that this forms through spinning. He is comparing the micro and the macro levels of our existence. The maths goes beyond me, but he is claiming that he is getting very close to comprehending the universe through the maths. Amazing. I love the Tao philosophy and the way that it talks about space. And at the end of the day, does it matter what happens after we die. We are here to live the best life possible and use our brains properly so that we can experience life to its fullest, while treating everything else we exist with, with respect. Conquering the mind is a key to this and using it as a very powerful too, rather than a lousy master, will lead you to a better life. Thanks for sharing. Great video. :)

I seek to be aware of all that space. I look between the trees and buildings. It is hard to see the space in a world that is about the “stuff”. But my effort to make age 50 to 75 the best years of my life has lead me to appreciate the gaps. There is power in the empty space. There is something in nothing. #50to75

This is because that is
This is not because that is not.
This and that:
I am in you
And you are in me;
We are one.

I am a spark of the infinite that is functioning through this body+mind complex.

I've had these thoughts myself. To get a bit esoteric Everything ultimately comes from nothing and as we come from nothing and are a part of nothing and no part of nothing can be bigger and another so it seems logical that we are all equal to and are the great infinite creator, nothing.

I love the idea that most religions are trying to say the same thing just in different ways.

Immensely inspiring, superb quality. I love it that you are taking things to a new level by incorporating silence, a black screen, using the potential of the medium that way. Raising the bar and setting an example. I take my hat off to you, my Sanfeng brother! 🎩 🙏🏻 ☯️

Emptiness is the great equalizer. It is what we came from and it is where we are going to.

This whole series is blowing my mind. I never knew what Daoism was until I stumbled across it in a random video, and it SPEAKS to me. Thanks so much for making this series!
