My notes after just doing this job for myself. The sequence is critical.
Remove the caliper, bracket, speed sensor & hanger. Raise both sides of the car and jack stand both sides.

Remove axle nut
Remove tie rod connector
Steer hard 1 way and remove CV
**** remove sway bar link from strut. You MUST RAISE BOTH SIDES OF CAR.
*** remove sway bar link from opposite side of car (that way bar is totally free)
**** remove long bolt strut to spindle
***spray wd40 on spindle to strut meeting point
*** wiggle spindle left/right & down to remove spindle from strut pushing down on lower control arm. It will flex down just enough. Remove top of spindle.
**** then remove 3nuts lower ball joint to spindle. These 3 studs are very exact. That’s why you remove them after pulling the top of spindle from strut. That’s why there was so much fight at the lower ball joint.

Remove spindle

You must replace in exact reverse order or you will fight… sway bar has to be free to move aside to reinsert the CV axle.

This way has steps but is easier than fighting the lower ball joint off the 3 studs not to mention reinsertion.

so did you solve the noise after you changed the splinder you mentioned still there is little noise? Did you fixed it? what was it? Intermediate bearing, or else? Thanks for sharing

my car makes a chirping sound when it slows down even if I don't use my breaks, what could this be? I replaced my rotors and pads last month. Could this be a bad wheel bearing or hub assembly?
