Finally simple & someone who says "add any vegetables you want", especially for people who've never made anything but spaghetti with noodles lol thanks.

I just had chicken chow mein from the Thai place across the street today. This looks so much better! Love the Mongolian cooking plate!

This is one of my favorite things in the world to eat. Thank you for showing us how to do it right. :)

This recipe is awesome! I used white onion, baby corn, mushrooms, and broccoli for my veggies. I added a bit more hosin and soy sauce just because the mushrooms absorbed most of the liquid. Will cook this again!!

I did my first MoJoe cook yesterday Larry.  Video will go live tomorrow.  Absolutely loved it!  As I was cooking I was thinking about how great it would be on a Mongolian style cook.  Ya' beat me to the punch Wolfe!

Looks KILLER brother!  Betcha' it smelled insane!!!

Larry, I just got off the phone. I cancelled my flight to Ulan Bator, Mongolia. There's no longer any need for me to go there! This is obviously as delicious as Mongolian chicken lo mein can get! WOW!!! Thanks for sharing it my friend!

You have that MoJoe Griddle seasoned very well by now. Looks amazing!
Do you taste a difference in food cooked on the griddle? You handle that griddle very well. I would have to have sides on mine or food would be every where.
You are more graceful than I. Take care.

A classic Wolfe Pit recipe! Only thing missing was the Worcestershire sauce!

Another fantastic looking oriental dish...love lo mein, and you make it look so easy!  You could take any different meat ( or make it meatless) and it would work!  Thanks for sharing another great recipe!
