I made this for my family tonight and it was the best lo mein I ever had. I did get some of the sauces from an Asian market and that seemed to be the only place to get them near me but I definitely recommend sticking to the recipe; the only thing I switched was the veggies. I will be trying more of your recipes!

I do a spin on this with some roasted red pepper, caramelized onions, garlic, and carrots. For the sauce I use a mix of Hoisin sauce, Sweet & Sour sauce, soy sauce, and a little hot sauce.

Correct me if I’m wrong, is this just chow mein as your are frying the noodles (chow meaning fried in Cantonese)lo mein would be stirred.
