Impossible Foods Pork first taste at CES 2020

Impossible Foods is expanding its fake meat options beyond burgers — it’s moving into pork. We visited Kumi, a Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas to see how Impossible Pork imitates meat and found that it does provide a savory base of protein for a lot of foods that traditionally call for pork.

This is The Verge at its douchiest. Get someone who eats meat in general and pork in particular to do the story. And the point of the product is as an ingredient, not by itself. The Verge, here’s the thing, I can’t eat onions. So I could never be a food critic. If you don’t eat meat, how can you judge a meat substitute?
