U.S. sees national security concerns over microchips

Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo is at the center of a global competition for semiconductor dominance. It's a battle that also puts her at the center of two of the hottest global national security hotspots. Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes spoke with Raimondo for the broadcast.
