No !Democracy is the best type of government as long as it's corporate aspect is not preditory as it is now, and the public is actually educated and taught creative responsive thinking rather than conditioned into reactive limited thinking as it is now.

The senator sounds like someone in the pocket of the military industrial complex! We already spend more than any other country on defense. Our, ‘your’ business policies dismantled and outsourced our industrial complex in the pursuit of profit. What a mess.
