For me it's a bit different, as I only use one account with connected subaccounts (like envelopes) and am a freelancer. Alaina's business account and paying herself a salary doesn't work for me mentally. So, I built up a cushion and automatisation, automatisation, automatisation. My bank let's me have a saving plan like "At day X transfer everything above sum Y (cushion) to savings account.", besides the normal "sum x to account y for travel fund." Those charts don't give me any pleasure, it's just another thing I would have to be aware of. And when random bills come in, I open them, put them in a spot next to my laptop and put them on auto pay next time I'm in the app. (Joining from Germany and always asleep, very important!!, during the live. :D)
