From Windows Vista above, if we're Killing Winlogon[dot]exe, it's only Locked the Screen (In Windows 10 and 11, it's a bit Black Screen). But in Windows XP and below (Until NT 4.0), if we're Killing Winlogon[dot]exe, it will be Crashed and turned out to BSOD.
