Hello there, I have been using tv connector with lg tv for about 2 years. My husband and I both have phonak hearing aids and we have both paired them to the tv connector. After having no problems we are unable to pair our hearing aids. The tv connector has green light . I’ve tried to reset by pressing button for prolonged period but it just remains green. Have disconnected the tv connector and tried everything suggested. Hearing aids just won’t pair. Can you help please?

Hey Matthew I am running into a problem with my aids and connector - all works well for a while, then I hear a chime and the streaming dies, to restart on its own a few secs or min later. This goes on and on and it makes it impossible to enjoy the actual programs. I tried resetting, re-pairing, moving the router, etc. Nothing works for long. Any suggestions?

Following your instructions seem to be very straight forward and easy. When the button is pressed on the back of the TV connector, with it connected to a New LG TV and the light is green. The light never turns blue. Have you seen that issues previously? I'm confirming my new Phonak Hearing Aids are one of the models you've listed in you video. Thank you for your response.

Its a bit puzzling;: my Tv connector stopped working recently. I checked all connections and tried to pair, but what I am getting is a solid (not flashing) light blue on the LED. And no sound.
Is the transmitter toast??

My dad just moved in and wants to use this on our TV, but I cannot get this to work without cutting sound from the TV ( I own a Vizio smart TV). I also have a soundbar connected. Does anyone know how to connect the soundbar and the transmitter to the TV to get this to work? What should the TV settings be set to? Please help, my Dad won't use the transmitter because he feels guilty taking the sound away and I feel bad because he can't hear the TV.

Hi, this is great for my partner.The only issue we have is that if i want to watch something and she is within range it automatically sends to her hearing aids. She was in the garden close by the other day. How can we make it so that it doesn't automatically connect?

Not able to use the TV connector as my TV does not have an Optical outlet only HMDI and you do not offer a connetor that will accomadate that

I don't need any extra connection box for pairing my earbuds, so why can't I pair my Bluetooth hearing aids to my tv just like I did with my smartphone? Did a scan and paired without issues. Yet you want me to purchase some extra tedious apparatus to pair to the TV. This is just plain stupid!
