Good point on ARM platforms. Not sure if it would be worth $40 a month on an x86 platform though, I would run a VM with windows on a second workspace on my laptop. If you will be roaming on multiple devices I can also see the value.

I'll watch the service, but some of their claims are dubious at best. Like they say 3D Modeling, but they don't call out the GPU used in the instance. Video editing, but with bad scrubbing latency and a compressed video stream screwing with colors? And how do you edit meaningful videos with 160gb of storage? Not to mention ingest and export times. Audio production or mastering with a compressed audio stream or trying to use multiple tracks?

You stopped a little short of full absurdity: open Ubuntu in Shells, open Firefox > open Ubuntu inside of Shells inside of Firefox and open Ubuntu inside of Shells inside Firefox inside of Ubuntu inside of Shells inside of Firefox etc. Step/Repeat until browser crashes!
