“Tell me about a time you made a mistake.”
YIKES!! How do you answer this question without digging yourself a hole that makes you undesirable to the interviewers?

My number one piece of advice is: you don’t have to share your biggest mistake! You just have to share *a* mistake. This could be described in a variety of different ways, so check out this video to help you figure out exactly how you want to answer this question.

Here's an idea for a video, what to do when the interviewer says something inappropriate or offensive...what to do. I just interviewed recently for an admin assistant position with a physician and his opening line was "well aren't you pretty"... I was speechless. I'm 58 and never heard this in an interview.... After the interview, I emailed the hiring manager and revoked my application.
