Saving Fish TRAPPED in ALLIGATOR MUD PIT!

In today's video, my friend @RobsAquatics and I go DEEP in the florida everglades infested with snakes in pythons in search for RARE aquarium fish! We placed 2 fish traps in an abandoned spillway and caught tons of cool fish which we brought back to my backyard pond! We also ended up finding a mud pit filled with trapped fish including Midas cichlid, and vieja cichlids that we netted out and saved from hungry alligators!

You should consider attaching your traps to a lead and having the other end have a magnet. Most places you use your trap have metal you could easily stick to, and you won't lose anymore traps!

You know your "lost" huge trap is now a permanent death trap down there. Good job! Go make a grapple hook and line (easy to make or buy) and fish out your trap

You should get a large 3 prong gaff hook on a rope, go back a drag it in the spill way and see if you can snag your traps.
