Never plug out the plug while your television is still on. This causes power surge and may cause a lot of problems like screen lines etc

I've got a Samsung Frame (2022 model QN65LS03BAFXZA), and I occasionally need to reboot it, but no amount of holding the power button forces a cold boot. The only way I can seem to do it is by unplugging the power, which is a pain in the butt because obviously all of the power stuff is in the recessed area of the wall behind the TV.
