Diana didn't steal Charles from Sarah. Sarah bragged to the press that if Charles asked her to marry him, she would say no or something to that effect. Charles then dumped Sarah. Diana was smart enough to not talk to the press. Diana suffered from depression because of her childhood and Charles did not know how to handle it because he was raised to not show emotion. She suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth to William, but no one knew what that was back then. Was she perfect - no, but neither was Charles, and neither are anyone else.
