Paula, Eddie, Theresa ( and of course Michael)!
So much to say ! First, thank ALL of you for your time and these videos! I am 62 years old, soon 63, and have followed you ( Paula)for years! You are an amazing Lady! I've been to Savannah to lady n sons, pigeon forge, and now Nashville! What a real treat! Nashville is only an hour away...I have already been 4 times and all were scrumptious and fabulous!!
I am a VP in the service industry and every restaurant you have does EVERYTHING right EVERYTIME! Even though we gave never met, you, your boys And your team there seem just like family!
I am alone, lost my wife a few years ago, have two awesome daughters but they are several miles away. I religiously watch your videos every night. It makes me feel like I am sitting at that counter, right there in YOUR kitchen on a stool watching you prepare these delectable delights! I make almost every recipe you provide to us!
I just can't express HOW MUCH of a blessing you, your family and team are to me! Thank you! Btw, I also buy many of your products from your stores at the restaurants.
I think you guys n gals need to do a live stream, like once a month. I think you would be surprised at the number of attendees you would have! Eddie could film and Theresa watch the feed and read the questions. Just something to think about. I have several ideas for names for the show...when I pick my favorite I will send it in .
Happy Holidays from Kentucky not only to all your family and staff but also to all the channel viewers !

I just want to say I'm a recovering cocaine and meth addict. During my years of trying to get sober I was enrolled in a Scientology based rehab in Michigan. It was quite awful. However, during my stay there I was able to work in the kitchen with two Christian women. I would pull up all your recipes and cook for the patients there all your recipes. Even one woman from Texas showed me the best way to perfect it. Your food brought us together and brought so much healing allowing me to survive that place. I hold you in high regard and wish you many blessings and success. Love Michael.

For New Year's Eve, I made this dip and shared it with two households that we zoomed for the evening. They all loved it. It's a hit here in Smithfield, RI. Thanks again to Eddy & his Mom for sharing the recipe. I'll be passing ti along to everyone I see. Happy News Years!

I'm here in Smithfield, Rhode Island. More and more I appreciate a dip served with crackers before a meal. So yummy. Thank you, Carol, Eddie's Mom from New Hampshire. We'll add this to our Holiday gatherings. Bless you all!!

The Chateau is still around in the New England area, except they don’t give you the bean dip any longer. It’s a delicious dip! Thanks so much Paula and Eddie for sharing it!

I'm so glad to have this recipe. I've lived in Manchester all my life, I'm 60. I know the Chateau restaurant on Hanover st. There was another Italian restaurant up the street called Angelos. My sister worked there & they had this dip on the buffet. I used to buy it by the quart to take home. It's delicious. Angelos has been torn down & a Dunkin Donut is in its place. Now I can make my own.

This was delicious and the beans made it quite hearty. I only had dill relish and it was still delicious. It makes a lot though. I'll probably half the recipe next time. Thank you Eddie!

That looks easy and delicious! I live in New England but had not heard of that before today- we make a hot black bean dip- a chopped carmelized sweet onion, black beans, salsa, sour cream and shredded peper jack cheese- stirred together and served warm with tortilla chips...thanks for sharing- i enjoy your videos!
