This is the best video I've found on this condition. Oddly, I developed this (seemingly) very suddenly, and during the pandemic while working from home and not wearing shoes much of the time! However, I have caught myself at times standing on the outer edges of my feet. I have no idea why I do this. Weird!

WOW..this is "THE" video you should watch. He's not selling anything he just gives you ways to correct the issue at home. Awesome! Thank you!

So glad I found this. I had resigned myself to permanent 5th metatarsal tailor's bunionette as I will not get foot surgery for it. What a relief this is. I also saw somewhere that you can buy a she stretcher which will stretch out your toe box. All my running and athletic shoes are open at the 5th metatarsal from where my feet have come through. Pretty brutal when you think about it.

Wish I had this information about 20 years ago. I've worn Correct Toes (24 hours a day) and Altra shoes for three years now, and while my feet problems have gotten 90% better, my little toe seems to be permanently twisted inward and under my 4th toe. I'll try that stretch/massage technique, but I'm not optimistic.

Thank you so much for this video. My foot doctor wanted to do surgery on my left foot 👣 with painful bunnionette. I will start with the exercises and the correcting massage and I will put the corrector in between the toes. God 🙏 bless you

i literally went to bed never having these and woke up the next day with this. then a few weeks later same thing happened to the other foot. never had any issues in these areas before. i don’t wear tight shoes. in fact i wear very comfortable slippers most of the time because i don’t like wearing shoes

Great video thanks! I purchased Altras and correct toes. When I wear them both I can walk and run with little to no pain. I wore the correct toes for a year and also massaged my feet but there was never a correction. Tomorrow, I am having surgery to bring that 5th meta into alignment. I tried to avoid surgery but sometimes you just have to do it.

Could you do a video for this demonstrating it with self message, please. It's one thing to do this to someone else or have someone stretch and message your toes for you and totally different to do it to yourself. I'm finding it very difficult to hold my great or 5th toe while getting in between the toes from both the top and bottom.

Thanks for the informative video. Is there any relationship between flat feet and Tailors Bunion?

Can you explain more about what kind of shoes are better? Because you said wider width won't help.

Thank you for your informative direct video.

Wide toe box shoes do not help me. The widest part is at the wrong place unless I get shoes that are too short for my feet. So frustrating. Plus, my 5th metatarsal sticks out so wide that when my little toe is in alignment with it, the shape of my foot is like a duck's foot. No shoes are made this way! Super skinny heel and super wide toes. Argh. In order for shoes to fit my little toes, I'd have to cut a hole in the shoe for my little toe to stick out.
