I wake up every night without fail between 2:50 and 3:10 am.
I don’t fight it. I just get up and do something. The next time I look at my clock it will be 4:30ish and I have no accounting for the last hour. I will usually go back to sleep for a few hours and THAT is when the intense dreaming happen.
Last 2 months or so my ex husband is in them. I believe it is my mind trying to heal the PTSD from life with him and try to sort out the last few strings that need to be tied up.
