If a clock is solved when you stop the timer, won’t the time always be 12. How is it possible to get clock times over 12 If 12 is the highest an analog clock goes?

The shengshou clock's colour scheme on the clocks is wayy different like on the dark blue side there are the light blue clocks and on the light blue side there are dark blue clocks... Not dark blue clocks on dark blue side and light blue clocks on light blue side
