‘One and All’ is a British Patriotic song written in 1811 by Bridges Willyams, a colonel who lead a Cornish regiment to serve in Ireland during the Napoleonic Wars. They served in Ireland defending the island from potential invasion by Napoleon. It talks of Irishmen and Englishmen fighting together to defend their family and King.

Recording done by the band ‘The Druids’ I don’t own the music in any way.

"Plenty of beef and good strong beer" there would be neither of those if my ethnicity's main commanding entity were in charge of such merrymaking after a war!
