Over the years, I've realized that being an expert negotiator is one of the best skills out there because it gives you so many opportunities to bring value to your company and to influence your career in ways that almost everyone else doesn't.

Having a salary negotiation strategy is essential for landing your first job - and it's an even bigger deal for someone starting their career. In this video, I reveal a one-line phrase you can use in an interview that will help you get paid more.
