Follow along this 20 minute intense lower body kettlebell workout! Build strong legs and a concrete core with these challenging exercises! Each exercise is previewed and I'll be talking you through the whole workout so you know exactly what's coming next.

45 SEC - KETTLEBELL LUNGES LEFT ARM
1:15MIN GOBLET SQUAT
30SEC - REST

1:30MIN - HAND TO HAND SWING
1:15MIN - TACTICAL LUNGE
30SEC - REST

X3 ROUNDS

I like these older, repetitive, focused videos. Could you please do a series of three (or more) 25min single kettle bell work outs- 25 min push, 25 min pull, 25 min legs? Thanks!
