Hello, i need your help with my pplication. I am kind of getting confused with date of application I got the visa 12/11/2019. My first entry to UK was 20/11/2019. My FLR(M) started 18/07/2022 and this visa expires 15/02/25. When i used the calculator, it said earliest application should be 14/10/24 and it expires 1 1/11/24. But if I count 28 days away from 15/02/25. it will be diferent. Could you kindly help out with this?. I took A1 English test before coming into the uk and A2 before my FLR application, do I need to take the B1 test of English? Thanks

My partner has EU settlement. I had my Biometrics done at 27, oct, 2023 its 92 days from now, they didn’t ask any further information regarding my application. UKVI just sent us 2 emails telling that they have received the documents and are under review. I didn’t receive any emails there after, please help what could that be ?!

Is it possible the pay the IHS, wait a month, and then pay the spouse visa fee and submit the application? I was thinking about paying the IHS before it goes up next week, then apply once I meet the financial requirements a month later. Or do the IHS and visa payments need to be on the same day?
