Why is it expected that the minimum income threshold will remain at £29, 000 until June? If they finish the review before the 9-month period, could it not increase earlier than June?

WY British wife has pip and ESA for ESA gets 482£ and for pip gets 400£ in total 882 minus her rent which is 100£ left 782 devide 4 = 195.5 £ weekly, is it the 195.5£ meeting the Adequate maintenance or not, I hope to answer me please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
