What is the processing time for my UK spouse visa if I am applying from outside of the UK (in 2022)?

The current processing time for a spouse/partner visa application from outside the UK can take up to 6 months. This is the case for all visas to join family in the UK (applicable to spouses, partners or other eligible family members of a British national or settled person in the UK only).

Hi I have applied for FLR it’s 14month now, on the website it says standard process time is 12month which is already too long, bit it’s 14month, my lawyer emailed home office at 13month no reply from them, I spoke to my lawyer when it clocked 14month, he said there’ nothing he can do we will have to wait, I feel like o have incompetent lawyer, submitted 10oct 2022…I’m really struggling it’s really frustrating, no job and mother of 2….please is there anything I can do.thanks
