A man was lost and stranded in Sunderland when a kind police officer came to help him. The officer gave this man a ride, which was really nice of him. The funny thing is that two old ladies thought he was getting arrested.

An officer got hospitalized and didn’t see his dog for a while. His comrade brought the dog to the hospital he was in and organized a small reunion for them. (00:58) It was very heartwarming to see the dog so excited about seeing its owner after what felt like a long time of separation for him.

Most police officers are nice and do a job that many won't do. Are there bad ones....yes, welcome to the human race. So sick of people saying all police are bad or killers. These same people demand action but refuse to put the badge on and risk their own lives to do the job they so easily judge.

When i was 19 and working a night shift at fast food i was driving home around midnight when i hit a muffler in the road and blew out a tire. Realized i didnt have the tool to get my spare out. Two officers stopped, i explained my situation and they gave me a ride home to retrieve the proper tool while telling me my license was suspended (turned out of mistaken identity) told me to take care of it. Drove me back. Gave heartfelt thanks and was told "don't thank them for something that never happened". My point is that encounter deterred me from believing all cops are bad according to what is only promoted in the media. Many good ones out there.

Here in Adelaide, South Australia. Each year, we have a mother duck, who has her ducklings in the water feature outside Police headquarters in the middle of the city. Each year, she and her babies get an escort by the police to the river. Which is nearly a kilometre through traffic. Each year, this event makes the news as a feel good story.
