I went to the USA three times for a five week holiday each time with my husband. One time we were driving down a lonely road through the woods in Oregon and yes, my husband was speeding a little bit at this moment...Out of nowhere there was a police car behind us with lights and sirens and ordered us to pull over. Of course we did and instead of being frightend I was really excited to experience this because it felt as it was out of a movie 😅 The officer, although having his right hand at his waist at his weapon was really nice and just told my husband to slow down a little bit. The best part is, that the officer agreed to take a photo with us afterwards for our holiday portfolio 😁

So, there are nice police officers out there and I really appreciate their work.

It is a nice reminder that there are still good cops that care about the people and the safety of the people instead of trying to rake in the $ or “make a name” for themselves. Please make more videos of the cops with ❤️. It helps to remind me to have a little faith and trust that somebody’s out there to help you.

It's a refreshing change of pace to see a video like this on YT as all I typically see are the bad apples in Policing. I follow several channels ran by Civil Rights Attorneys and (fr)auditors, so I really do appreciate you showing that they're not all out to ruin your day or put a bullet in your back. Got stopped at a license check the other day with my handgun in the truck. First time. But, the cop just wanted to know all about my gun and what I’ve done to it. So chill and so down to earth.

There's something deeply wrong when people feel relieved and surprised when a cop displays basic decency and respectfulness. That's how ALL interactions are supposed to go with normal human beings, that's how 99% of us maintain ourselves when interacting with other people. The fact that it's noteworthy when a cop does it speaks to how rotten the state of policing in America has become. It's not normal to feel the need to praise people for doing the absolute bare minimum that should be expected of them.

I keep seeing these horrid interactions with frightening people in uniform and I’m glad to see some where cops are just decent people. That’s been largely the experience I’ve had with them as well, positive.
