my son was taken off life support almost 4 years ago now, and i can sleep more than 2 hours or i wake up in a fit of tears, sick and cramping and throwing up and the pain doesn't go away till i smoke weed. this has to be PTSD

11 years I've wrestled with a traumatic brain injury during the night especially. For some reason I've woke up through the middle of the night, usually to use the bathroom. What's a good treatment plan other than stopping water intake well before Iay down?
