Ingredients :
- about 4/5 carrot tops
- 1 clove of garlic, 2 if you love garlic, none if you don't haha 🤣
- 1 tablespoon of peanut
- about 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of water
- about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- about 20 grams of hard cheese ( here is comté 6 months)
- salt and pepper
- additional greens if you want to ( fennel, parsley, coriander ... )

Great cue to blanch carrot tops first! I like bitter, but didn't like it the first time I made it without blanching. A whole new world! 😀 I also love the casual, we have this, use what you have approach. I did. I love it! Thank you!
