*Why are they prohibiting people from visiting certain Pyramids in China? Why are they planting trees over them? AND, was the Great Wall of China meant to imprison their own people?*
*Or Tip me on Venmo!* @bright_insight

"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

George Orwell, 1984

So remember, take EVERYTHING we're told about history with a grain of salt. We don't know who built what, or when it was built or how. We don't know who built the Great Wall of China, nor can we be absolutely certain that it was in fact built 2700 years ago. Same goes for the pyramids and who built them and how old they are.

I'm Chinese and I've always told those pyramids were supposed to just be tombs for the emperors of Han dynasty, and they are all made of dirts, but some of the images just clearly shows that those are stones, just like the pyramids in Egypt and America, there's no way they are just some tombs!

I am Chinese and we were always told as children in the village I was raised in that the pyramid mounds were the homes of giants that still lived. Once a year we would put 25% of our rice harvest around the base just before midnight and within one hour the rice was always gone. There's no way that could even be done with trucks in such a short period of time. We were told they were also shadows, incorporeal manifestations of pure thought that could walk through walls. The village members always had vivid dreams and out of body experiences that our parents said were the shadow giants interacting with us in our dreams. The numbers of pyramids in China are in the hundreds and the web of shadow power this ecosystem generates is a delicate balance that the authorities see as their secret weapon and one which should be kept in balance and undisturbed.

I walked on top of the Great Wall in 1998. My impression was that it was not capable of keeping people out, but rather to divert trade convoys leaving China through gates to be taxed. It also was a "road" for guards to use to reach their assigned positions easily. The top also had steps when needed which impeded say chariot traffic or whatever from moving. In my opinion it was mainly useless for defense. It was all about collection of taxes in my opinion.

OR, was it built by Tartaria to keep everyone else out? Only to be reclaimed by China as of it was originally their own?

The trees planted on Gobekli Tepe and the Chinese Pyramids does indeed seem like camouflage/sabotage. Wild. Thanks!

We met several exchange students from China. They told us how many of the ancient archaeological sites- even those in a good state of repair- were torn down and replaced with inferior copies for the tourists. So as time goes on, what was actually there originally will be lost to history.

Back in 2004, when I was 18 and living in China, I visited remote and severely dilapidated sections of the Great Wall. Teachers from the school I worked in took my family out to these parts by car, which took several hours, driving along dirt roads in the middle of nowhere. As you’d imagine, it was nothing like the restored, tourist-friendly areas that were redeveloped in the 1950s. But I expected that, considering the centuries of weathering, so it didn’t surprise me. Apparently, a famous battle occurred in the area we visited, but I can't recall the Chinese general’s name or the exact location.

The damage to the wall in these sections made it easy to climb up from either side. I walked along it for a few hundred meters until it became impossible to continue. Although we reached that spot by car, I imagine it’s incredibly difficult to access most parts of the wall due to the challenging terrain. The difference between the tourist part of the wall and this were night and day, but honestly it was far more interesting and enjoyable travelling to the "real" Great Wall of China.

Jimmy, honestly I’d advise against going. Having lived in China in 2004, 2006, and 2010, I have some experience, and given that you're now a public figure and have spoken... let's say "unfavourably" about the CCP, there's a real risk you could be detained or worse throughout your trip. At best, you might be denied a visa or entry into the country altogether.

It really is unfortunate, because, in my experience, Chinese people are generally very friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing, and the country boasts incredible scenery along with a rich and fascinating history and culture. There's so much to appreciate, but the political situation can definitely complicate things for visitors, especially those who've been vocal about sensitive issues.

I'm only 39 years old & my daughter is 14. The difference between what she was taught in an American History course in high school vs. what I was taught was staggering! That's only a quarter century between us...

If you take a map of the Great Wall of China and overlay it with a map of the Silk Road, they line up. The Great Wall was part of the Silk Road. Also the architecture of the Great Wall of China seems to have more in common with old Roman architecture than what it has in common with old Chinese architecture.
Is this comment being shadow banned or is anyone else seeing it?

Dear Jimmy, at this point you shall contact any of Russian alternative researchers, as it is a widely known fact in Russian alternative community that the Great Wall was constructed by the civilization North of China, called the Great Tartaria. It was build not for China but against China. It was a grand nation, later defeated by the West and therefore it was wiped out of maps and any historical mentions were deleated. Though it is still very much there in the maps up til 18 century. I additionally have to mention the oldest mummies ever discovered were found in China. One problem - they had Slavic DNA

Hey Man - I am a foreign teacher living in Beijing. If you come to China to visit the wall I would love to accompany you as I have been following your work since your early days and also share a great passion for ancient structures.
I will look out for your live Q n A session to get in contact with you.

They found red headed Caucasian mummies in one of these Chinese pyramids, I’m pretty sure the Chinese government doesn’t want the whole world to know that some of their most ancient sites were built by ancient Caucasians.

There are many secrets about China, its history and culture. I lived in China for 9 years and took advantage of many opportunities to travel around that land. It is an extraordinary country with a mysterious and complex history. I’ve seen some of the mentioned pyramids and at a distance look like MiddleEast Tells (buried cities thousands of years old). The Great Wall is a true mystery in itself. China never knew about the 2, 000 year old Terra Cotta soldiers until discovered in 1974! There are grave sites of red haired giants! The Chinese Army post garrison guards at many of these locations allowing no one near.
