I LOVED THIS VIDEO ABOUT LOVING AND LIKING YOUR JOB. HE FOLLOWED HIS HEART WHICH IS THE CENTER OF OUR LIFE. TRUSTING YOUR TEAM WITH YOUR HEART, SOMETIMES THE BRAIN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE HEART ALREADY KNOWS.

I’m a sales guy for a company that manufactures in China, ships globally. We all live in different countries. The sales guys like me report directly to the CEO.
I am CONSTANTLY telling my boss his errors and opportunities he missed.
He goes silent when I do…suddenly we have new products that are exactly what I described 😂 I’m running the company basically haha

Subject : No incentive for team work to students in education system
We need admission or college exam to be given in teams so teamwork has value in students mind. otherwise they don't have incentive to work in team.
We need to give incentive to students to work in team. because in early age if they don't learn team work and they don't have incentive to do team work, then you will have depressed and selfish future generation.
Youth overestimate their talent and underestimate the importance of team work and trust building, and trust did not build in short time. So practice of trust building is needed for a better future of young generation.

These stories sound inspiring but so often have no substance... I worked in companies like this and it depends on the team dynamics and intelligence level and so many things... Mostly people just exploited the fair play and let themselves lean back... They complain about not been taken seriously no matter what... It has more to do with their relationship with their caretakers that is playing out in every field of life than the company culture...
