holy damn this made me feel ten times better!
i’ve always thought i had asthma and have had this going on for 6 years now, and i was so worried that i might run out of air. i tried puffing, i tried breathing calmly, but none of that seemed to work. thank god it’s not a major and bad sign.

This all can be related to stress, and some sort of ptsd. Stress is a very very bad thing, you must try slowly eliminate stress from your life. It’s not something that happens overnight, it takes time, but you got to fight it, take it day to day. Best of luck.

This video is an absolute lifesaver. I was questioning whether my Oximeter was wrong or not. This virus is absolutely terrible.

I think guys we all are having mental anxiety thats triggering to breathlessness if everything is normal like ecg, chest xray and echo. It might be a mental thing.

I cry every morning because of this. 27 days after testing positive. On the 6th day of covid I felt tightness of the chest, and shortness of breath so I went to the ER. Oxygen levels at 99%, lung X-ray clear, heart normal size, blood pressure slightly elevated and was told it’s probably due to inflammation so I was sent home. Got a little better as the days went by but the breathlessness comes and goes at different intervals everyday or other day. Went to the doctor, he noticed some post covid bronchitis so I was prescribed (Wixela fluticadone and salmeterol inhaler) twice a day for 30 days. I still get SOB at random times. I do breathing (diaphragm) exercises, yoga and meditation. They seem to work temporarily. I want this to go away. I am terrified when this happens and starts crying. I feel like no one can help me. Your video is reassuring but I wish you were my doctor here in the US. NJ.

I used to be so fit and healthy. I got covid in January 2022 and now I get so out of breath even just sitting here I feel like I’m suffocating but my oxygen levels are fine. It’s been 4 months and it’s not got better at all.

I had a similar problem. I fixed it with running and walking. Anytime I feel like a can't breath, I can a long walk and do some running. I feel better now.

Hey everyone, I know we all have this pain due to this condition, but we will push through it! I know it may take a while, but it takes time and patience. I promise there's more essential reasons why we're here on earth right now!!! Don't worry everyone, I'm praying for the rest of you guys who are still having this condition. (I feel way better since I didn't gave up on the first place, so if that's the case, don't give up too!) Maybe here are some tips that MAY ONLY HELP, maybe first of all try all your best to stay healthy like exercising for 20 minutes, drinking 8-10 glasses of water and eating the right choice of food (Also only exercise lights ones) and lastly by thinking positively, doing breathing exercises, listening to your favorite type of music. I'm just trying my best to help you guys since i know how the pain is like, since I went through this too! Also, I'm not like a professional doctor or anything. This is just a way I know that may help people that best with this condition!

My lungs expand very easily, I just don't feel the physical sensation of inhaling in my nose or even the throat. So far I've done all sorts of tests with no explanation for my symptoms whatsoever. I'm completely lost and frightened

Thanks for making this series! Curious about what the answer is for those of us who haven't had many respiratory issues? Is it possible that the area of the brain that is causing the disconnect for the actually low oxygen patients to not feel breathless is doing the same thing for those of who feel breathless without actually low oxygen levels?

Help I have chronic hyperventilation, anxiety and depression. I have to sleep 12 hours a day and when i wake up I feel like the air I breathe in goes straight through me. When I tell my doctor I might be iron deficient, the test comes back negative. I have read that the normal values for these tests are way to low so I feel misunderstood and even abused by the regular medical field. I also thought that when you have chronic hyperventilation you have too much oxygen. I don't know anymore. I feel like there is no point in breathing, like the air doesn't fill me up and is not going to my organs.
