I don't get it. How to explain to your client that you are able to proceed with 36% of your initial quote? Won't they wonder where the initial price came from? Or how on earth you're able to work for 64% less that your first estimation?

Better anchoring high than the opposite! Always good to provoke clients and see how they're thinking.

What softwares do you use to e-sign contracts and payment for monthly retainers? Truly appreciate your content, made me a more analytical mind.

I continue to love your content and I do have one question. How do you differentiate the difference in the final product to the client, using your example, that they can expect from that 1 million and the 300k budget?

This is one point you’ve discussed and mentioned across a few videos which I don’t understand. Being in photography, if I anchor ridiculously high, it turns into a simple, thanks for your time. Even if the client may be willing to pay what I want them to pay, most people surely say to themselves, no way this guys insane, move on. Doesn’t your anchor need to be somewhat on the crazy high but still somewhat believable?

This channel is more about "smart and eloquent ways to trick your customer into overpaying for your product" instead of learning about how to make a better product. Kind of sad.
