We've got a super fun Tabata Strength and Cardio Workout in store for us!! This is the second workout in our HeartStrong Series as we continue to raise awareness of Heart Health during #hearthealthawareness month! ❤️

💪You'll need a set of dumbbells - I'm using 10, 15, 20 lbs

➡️Format: 4 Tabata Combos (1 strength + 1 cardio move)
➡️Warm-Up Starts: 0:25
