More difficult upright. You have to hold yourself steady. Your exercise is more isometric. A "regular" dip needs more stablizing strength and a bit more dynamic of a movement. Youre not activating the core your just squeezing and leaning, isometric

wouldnt the first showing be valid too? I mean say its 40-45 degrees from there you can progress to 50, 60, 70 degree „dips“ ?
