I used to make my ice cream and milk shakes with raw eggs until I got a bad case of food poisoning.


I now cook my egg custard at 175 degrees F temperature to kill harmful bacteria.

My Dad used to pull out our electric ice cream maker every now & then and make some delicious ice cream. It was all good!!
